V1 & V2 filaments

Is there a reason why, on a Rocket, the filaments of V1 & V2 seem more dim than the V3 tube. All the pre-amp tubes are EH and recently purchased.

Just to try, I would swap the tubes around and see if the difference V3 is still brighter than V2 and V1.

Either way, if they are all correctly wired to the heater supplies, and the amp works, I don'd think you have anything to worry about.
