Laney gh-50
Hi, I have a GH-50, it's bright, anyone here modded this amp? Thanks in advance.

I was only able to find a gh-100
looks like this series has a couple of test points
to check bias......
on these they were P31 and P32....
and associated ressistors R38 and R34
looks like you might have easy access to clip in a
cap in series with a pot. between the resistor leads
say a .005 cap and a 250K pot. like a vox tone control
and dial out the just enough of the ear bleed to make it
worth it... PCB construction can be a pain to mod, to dissassemble
and then put back together .... so if you can find schematic
for a gh- 50 look for a comparison.... it might be an easy
mod to install and then remove...

Hey thanks Andy, I'm a newbie, I've been playing with an Epi valve jr, I had a look inside the Laney it's a bit daunting I don't know if I'd trust myself with the iron in there.
I do want to learn about PP amps though. Wiz.
