Montgomery Ward 35JDR8422

Post by Hyu »

Hi folks, thanks for adding me to the group.

Looking for any info on the (mid-50s) Montgomery Ward
35JDR8422. Pretty sure it is Danelectro built.

There is a thread about the 8421, but it has different tubes
and less watts. This is the 2 x 6L6 version.

I would appreciate any help finding a schematic, tube list,
anything.

Thanks!

That’s a tuff one to find!

What does it have for tubes?
Does it have reverb?

Does it have just a tone pot for each channel?

You might try Kendrick amps, Gerald has heaps of schematics.

Note, these amps where made by Valco, not Danelectro.
