Here´s one pic of my TWreck A4 version ! Some components are missing in the PS board ( 3 resistors) .
Can someone tell me one thing ? I´m connecting the 100uF (+) bias cap to the same ground has the 20uF/500V (-) B+ caps ... can i do this ? They are all connected to ground ...
My build will be finnished only next year , i´m low in cash ! I Don´t have money for trannys , valves and chassis ....my wife will kill me if i spend money on this !

I do not see any problem in the way you grounded the bias cap. What I think is important is the overall grounding scheme.
If that can help, let me tell you that I started buying parts for my TW last june and I really do not think I can finish it this year. You are right, money is a factor; trannys are in for a good part of the total cost.
