High number of items back-ordered at Mouser

Bad news at Mouser today. These parts are out of stock. I have listed the PN, desc. and estimated date of availability for what I noticed was backordered or non-stocked. The worst is the .22 MPP. Looks like they are not stocking these anymore. I have notice the MPP line has been dwindling the last couple of years.

ANyone got a good suggestion for replacement of the RN65 resistors or the Sprague caps?

My last order had a bunch of goofy stuff like wire out of stock. I wonder if maybe they don't run stuff down to make inventory easier sometimes.
