Blue on primary side (the Center Tap) goes to ground yes, with your PT Center Tap.
EDIT This is not correct the wire goes to the standby switch as Taylor noted below.

Green primary side to one set of EL84s and the purple to the second set of EL84s. Keep them longer so if you have to switch the leads from side to side you can. :)

Common on secondary side to output jack grounding tab.

 Awe crap yes what the hell was I thinking I was at work in rush to answer the question and get back to work.

OT center wire certainly would not go to ground it goes to the standby switch.

I apologize Mikey, nice talking to you yesterday take care brother.

I sent Mikey an email as well I know he has not fired the amp up yet so I didn't ruin his amp with my misguided effort.

Oh,Almost forgot to mention I got everything from rj.Really nice stuff and as always really organized nicely & ready to go.This will complete my Trainwreck builds.Rocket and Express work great, very quiet. The rocket vs express is a world apart in the tone department.Im anxiose to play the Liverpool.I work slow and try to savor the build,Its half the fun. Before you know it they are done and your jonesing for the next one.I might try a JTM 45 next.Im thinking about trying to add reverb in.The Metro foremn still has the build guides.I dont think you can get the whole kit anymore so I would source parts.Oh well.Thanx guys,Let me know if you see anything wrong,I know the board is missing a 47pf and a .0022 orange drop,Thanks Mikey

Hi,
I miss your cathode of the inner two tubes! Pin 3 of V5 and V6.
Did you hook them to the heather? it looks like. Hope not.
