Speaker Blowout

Post by Structo »

I saw this at another forum.
Not sure how good the quality is but for $135 loaded and free shipping, it might be worth a shot.
Even if the speakers are garbage, the cab might be alright.

It looks just like a certain Genz Benz cab I have seen before.

It doesn't say what the cab is made of other than the baffle which is 5/8" plywood.

I wish I had the spare $$ I would get it.

looks like a double size thiele cabinet. Nice price. Just might spend the money for the cab itself.

Anybody have any feedback on this outfit?
I notice "Designed in the US" but no "Made in US".
Any other details?
Like Mark said, could be too good to be true.
Thanks-
George

Memphis, Tennesse 1/2 ply on some and others are 5/8 baffle board with MDF construction.

Ok for the garage band people.

After watching the video, the language leads me to believe that they are not making the cabinet themselves. The presenter does not impress me with his language, knowledge or sales skills.

That's a good price, but not much different than Lopo. Unfortunately, the last thing I need is another crappy cabinet. I already have a Lopo and it is underwhelming to say the least.

Yeah, in the end maybe not that good of a deal or cab but for a kid or somebody just starting out, it may be OK.

Speaking of Lopo Line my 212 verticle slant cabinet is in shipping limbo now both Lopo Line and I received new shipping delivery dates 2 weeks so I got the shipping refunded.

More money for tubes. :)

I think I my take your advise regarding Lopo cabinets and go with Mather cabs from now on.
