Not really other than they look really long and skinny for an EL34 unless that is just the photo making them look that way.
In years gone by it was very common for companies to buy tubes and re-brand them with their logo.
You just have to scour the internet to see if you can find a similar plate structure and look to identify the maker.
Can anybody identify what these are...besides "foreign".
Typical RFT-sourced OEM tube. Made by VEB Röhrenwerk Mühlhausen in the DDR, rebranded by many manufacturers - Telefunken, Siemens, etc. - and distributors.
A very good version of the EL34 if you don't cook them too much. Were standard fare in KF's Express amps.
