My Jfet's arrived today. Will have to modify my board though cause these have a shield pin.

The 470K resistors on the octal sockets

Changed some values in the voltage rail to get closer to the voltages on the schematic. The transformer in the schematic shows 565vac where mine is 660vac, so my 6l6's are running a bit higher. But the rest of the voltages are pretty close to the rest of the schematic (biased to suit though).

Sorry Martin, I still haven't tried to bypass the inductor yet, spent the night getting the voltages right. Will get there soon though.

Hi! This is a very nice build!
I wonder what the 470K resistors on the octal sockets are there fore? I se them in the schematics, but isn't it just like if there was an extra set of 235K parallel across the set of 220K @ the Bias point??
