Buckingham Nicks (1973). Scored a nice copy of this not-on-CD gem at the local black plastic recyclery yesterday.

I'm trying to cleanse the palate. My daughter has been blasting rockabilly, garage bands, and early punk all night. While I appreciate the genres, I need something completely opposite. And no 4/4...

I put together the songs from Morphine's/ Cure For Pain album.

Plus looking up the band on the interweb.

Mark Sandman, lead singer played a Premier bass with two strings and also added a slide to it!

The band usually consisted of bass, drums and sax.

Love that group. I had two of their CDs back in the day. Loaned them to someone and never got them back. This was PiT (Pre iTunes) so.... Gone forever. One of the guys in the band has passed, yes?

He was 46
