Thanks Mark. I have considered the cans contributing. I had little room on that side of the amp for them and had to work it best i could. The next one i do, im gonna try and place a can over the other side of the chassis like a marshall. Was just not sure enough about where to place it where it doesnt make things noisy.
Tom, i panelbeat cars for a living and made the chassis' myself as i have access to the tooling. I basically painted the inside with an etch primer and cleared it. Thats the beige. On the outside, i sanded it straight along its length with 320g, then used a clear adhesion promoter over that. A little transparent green/gold tinter in the clear and voila!
Ive done a couple colours and different sanding techniques, all cool, but this gold looks pretty neat.
