Sorry! Didn't mean to derail the thread with periphera. The mid switch could have been better represented schematically for electrically equivalent and pragmatic purposes... if what I am seeing in the photos is correct. Another thing I'm not sure about (with the second schematic) are the connections of the bass pot cap. The photos, like the 124 show the cap across pins 1 and 3 of the bass pot; clearly, in the photos, jaysg's schematic has a roundabout connection with pins 2 and 3. My instinct tells me that if you find differences like these, which aren't electrically equivalent, there are likely to be other differences (I hesitate to call them mistakes).
