I've only ever used hot melt in modern electronics but I must admit I'd never considered that it could melt in a valve amp.

Fun listen.

I noticed Val McCallum and Lyle Workman both both used Gibson 185s apparently in a dated gig photo.

Gibson amps had it going!!
