I buy mine through CE Distribution.
One note on the Winged C's. They have been known to go microphonic after some period of time. They really do sound good.

Thanks Gary, perhaps I'll try CE next time I get tubes. Don't know if I'll ever stick my neck out again for the winged C. Have had bad luck with the last 3 quads (Magic pts I think).
Replaced the last set the other day w/ EH from a local music store, the amp is BACK. Couldn't stop playin'. We'll see how they hold up over time. As I said, had good luck with the last set (EH).
