Yes it's a simulation done with LTSpice

I have that program but it's not very intuitive for me at least

Maybe I will dust it off and give it another go because I would love to model some of the parts in my D'lite instead of blindly throwing parts at it.

I can't get that high end rolloff considering tonestack only, see my simulation.
It's a simulation of the whole clean channel. The simulation shows the response at the plate of V1b. Sorry, forgot to mention.
Mark, what do the numbers on top of the graph signify?
The numbers on top of the graph indicate the nodes shown.

It also took me quite a while to get it running. I'm sure there are some tutorials in the web.
