If you wanna hear really great examples of the TDS check out Lifeboat by Jimmy Herring.

I have a Fuchs Modded Bassman (ODS circuit) and it is a super flexible amp. The TDS gives some extended gain options and has insane cleans to boot which may not be intuitive based on an amp called the Triple Drive Supreme.

Here's some wank clips with my Fuchs-one Clean and one Dirty

Does your mother know you talk that way??

My Fuchs doing Robben tone. Pinner playing. Me recording with handheld Sony PCM recorder.

This sounds as close to Robben as any other clone I have heard. No??

Actually, that sounds amazing, but it's not Robben IMHO. Robben tends to play with far more brightness and less of the low end thump. Personally, I like this more than Robben's tone. His brightness sounds great for him, but not for me.

Thanks guys. It did have a bright cap. This was recorded with a handheld. I was a little off axis. Amp is plenty bright.

Fwiw, I played RFs Dumble for quite a while and it has more low end whoomph than any amp I have played. The bottom on this clip and RFs Dumble are very very close.....
