Just the iron and the tubes... everything else was included... even screws
Boards are already populated with resistors and caps and all the wire is already attached to the board.
Like this bassman board...

Well it's a layout not a schematic...

Really? Well geewiz, thanks for pointing that out, and overstating the obvious difference between the two. Was only asking if you were building per a schematic or layout.

Yes, in fact in an HRM-BM every board, except the main board, is an etched copper printed circuit board.

Thanks for sharing this project!
Is there templates anywhere for the FET, PUS, etc boards?

In fact, I just ironed the pattern on my last board (the power supply) yesterday. Hope to etch it today.

Here's something I find very useful... 8)

...for example to daisy-chain amps if you're Bonamassa kind of guy  ... or to power loop effects, if you keep them near the amp.
A friend suggested to use the unused ground switch as a ground lift. That sounds like a good idea... will do that as well next time I'm inside that amp

Did I miss something? Where are your HRM controls on this amp? Nice work BTW-

In the photo named B*_HRM9 (page 2 in this thread in my browser) it's just left of the relay board. At least I think that's what that is.

And yes, beautiful work!

Hope this helps!

Yes HRM can been seen on picture 9 and 14.

It's located north of the main board, near relays... this is how Nik wires it and I must say I like it better this way. This way, the main board is open for maintenance or modifications.
It's probably not the Dumble way but hey, let's get wild a little.

Thanks for the compliment guys, it means a lot to me, especially when it comes from expert amp builders.

I found it, that seems quite odd to me, but whatever works I suppose-

It's odd that the bassman layout uses all 1/2W CC resistors.

IC, just wondering if you ever have issues with under-etching on the traces, and if you pre-heat the etchant solution or have other tricks to reduce this issue. It's usually a hit or miss whever I attempt an etch.
