Copy of Dumble's Non Disclosure Agreement letter

I remember seeing this on someone's website.
Anybody got a copy of it? Just interested in what's written there.

Discusses about the rights of the builder and the limitations of his client - something like that.

I had copies of his agreement and pricelist and all that, was gonna email ya but i cant find them... All i can say is that thinking bout it now.. and what the guy has done, i really dont find his NDA that insane as i used to think... a lifetime of learning the craft, building your own legend but being selective of who you sell to then wanting to protect it, i dont think any of us would be much different:)

I think its no more insane than fischer making only a few amps a year so he can keep the price jacked into the heavens...

I do think he is a genius and resourceful. He took the best of alot of amps and combined them and of course there was a lot of originality in the stuff he does also. So hats off to him.

Looking also at the components that he used, alot of them was the right stuff at the critical places. There wasn't any need to go to full out hi-end components, but he made the best of whatever he had and maximised them. That's what a good engineer is - IMHO ...
