Anyway to increase headroom for a little more clean?

What model is the chassis?

Where is the best place to buy the trannies for that?
Another place with great prices on the Hammond products is Radio Daze. Haven't had any dealings with them but have read only positives.

In Canada the best prices I've found have been from Tip Top Electronics. Found these guys very good to deal with.

I've dealt with Radiodaze for several years, great prices, nice people. BUT they recently raised there prices, so for me it is not a given I will go there for a Hammond xfmr when I need one. I was think of using this place; several folks on the Hoffman forum said thay have had good luck.

My last OT was purchased from Musical Power Supply, it is doing an excellent job. It was a 10w SE OT for a ax84_p1_ex.
