Why do i feel like every cellular phone Salesmen is a liar?

I live in California and it's now law to use a hands free headset in the car, yet you can eat and put on makeup while you drive, anyway that's another topic. I bought a pocket PC and updated my current plan with verizon. The store manager had to set it up and while doing so told me the coolest part of the phone was that it had Wi Fi = if there is an open connection to the internet i can log on and browse the web free of charge as long as i download anything or it will cost me a half a cent per KB or if i log on the to the #777 dial up without a service plan that the same charges will apply. So i'm very careful to not use the dial up or the download features and it's very cut and dry when the phone trys to perform those tasks. I'm cruising the internet and the forum all day for a month.... on the wi fi, then my bill arrives.... $383 in internet fees. I Call verizon and their response is we are sorry but the internet is billable time. I go into find the guy that lied to me... they fired him 2 days after he set my phone up. Why is it now my problem that they didn't train their employee's, i'm the consumer i purchased the plan that was sold to me that at the time fit my needs, if he had been honest or trained properly i would have purchased a different plan or scrapped the idea of internet all together. Well thanks for letting me vent, i'm still on hold with Verizon trying to get this resolved i'll post all the direct Extensions in the forum so if anyone has been bent over and been taken advantage of you can get your bitch to where it needs to go. so far i've been transfered 6 times hung up on twice and told "I'm sorry but there is nothing more i can do" Twice. when you here that just say, " great thanks for your help now get your boss on the phone, I know you don't have the authority to make any decissions and my problem doesn't have a heading on the cue cards infront of you, so it's time i talk to someone who can say yes, no stay on the line and hand them the phone, i'm not waiting any longer on hold, I'm sorry but i don't see how your employers failure to follow threw in properly training it's employees before they are turned loose on the floor is my problem." OK it's been an hour and 15 minutes all charges have been removed!!!!! I STILL CAN'T EXPRESS HOW DISSAPOINTED I AM WITH ZERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE!

She got a bill for $1250 for one month!!!!
She played dumb and got them to reduce it quite a bit but I can't remember what she had to pay.

yes they have unlimited plans but they are tricky cause most are unlimited in the network meaning the same provider to the same provider. they are sneaky and really they live for hidden fees. Personally i'm so sick of shaddy people I finally cracked in late may. I purchased from ebay 3 RCA 12ax7 preamp from the east coast he had such a high shipping rate no one else bid so i won 3 tested tubes for the openning bid of $2 +15 shipping. I had sent him an email before i place a bid asking why the shipping was so high when everyone else was offering the same service for $7, mostly just wanting to make contact to see if the tubes were legit. he didn't reply until after the auction freaking out that i wasn't happy and he wouldn't sell me the tubes i had already paid with paypal and he refussed to prefund my money of send the tubes. long story shortened up i had to file with ebay / paypal they sided with me but no funds were recovered i check his profile everyday / and call his personal phone number it's not in service. (mostly to be a dick at this point if he was to answer) paypal was able to verify his current address in new jersey, so i search the web and found a site that lets you send zoo poop to people from an unknown address. To make myself feel better i sent Frank 3lbs of fresh gorrilla shit (think a human but after middle eastern food) in a brown cardboard box packaged in such a way you can't open it with out getting some on you. with a note that simple said. SHIT ON YOU FRANK! I know it was childish but i feel so much better instead of getting angry every time i tell that story i end up laughing at the thought of a total asshole openning a box full of shit. just the thought that he had to smell it as the lid openned if more then worth it!

Like the internet 90+ % of cel traffic is bullshit, just unnecessary white noise. Every 13 year old needs a cel so when they have nothing to report they can report it right away.

It was nice when most of the RF was analog, I could lay me down in me tinfoil room and get some respite from the voices in me head. Analog voices in me head were comforting in retrospect, these new encoded voices sound like a damn snakepit.

By law the cel companies can put up towers everywhere and the's nuthin we can do about 'em. The best we can do out here in the sticks is to make 'em look like tall funny lookin' trees. The out-of-staters find it comforting that they get cel service out here, they think if their cel don't work they'll get hacked up by the locals or eaten by bears.

Cel towers are perfectly legal and "desirable" to achieve "more bars in more places". Then try to achieve wind power to offset our addiction to foreign oil, the same people who want total cel coverage don't want to see windmills along the ridgeline. Still no intelligent life here, still no sign of Scotty...

I'm very understanding most of the time and had Frank been honest and said.. ummm bro sorry but i'm not comfortable selling the tubes at such a low winning bid, i was hoping the tubes would go up to the normal asking price but i was trying to get around paying ebay fees to post a reserve and i set my shipping a bit high so no one wanted to bid, i made a mistake would it be ok if i sent your money back and left you possitive feedback? I probably would have been bummed that i didn't get a totally awesome win but i would have understood and said sure that's ok but next time set a reserve.. by the way how much are you hoping to get for them?

By law shit must be labeled as biohazardous to be shipped interstate, that's that three pronged swastika made of red scythe blades. It must be clearly labeled and packed in such a way that it can't spill and the container can't be compromised. Anything else is illegal. Your shit shippers... if they're actually shippin' shit bombs... are for all practical purposes in the same category as the person or persons who thought it would be funny to send anthrax to a number of public officials a while back. If you ordered said shit shipment you're culpable.
