Which rectifier diodes to use?
Well, I ordered a bunch of parts and will be starting an Express soon. One question - what type of diodes to use for the rectifier? Can someone give me a value and part number for Mouser or somewhere similar? Thanks.
Re: Which rectifier diodes to use?
Hi Wayne,
Most everyone uses 1N4007 diodes. They have a 1 amp/ 1000V rating if I remember correctly. Mouse P/N: 833-1N4007 (cost = 5 cents per piece)

Thanks, Snide, that's what I was thinking, but the values weren't shown on the schematics or layouts.
Radio Shack...
Your local Radio Shack might carry these rectifier diodes. Mine does, which makes it much easier to buy a bunch there rather than order from Mouser.
