Yep, and Stephen is still being a dick on ebay. Much more, he is telling ebay that he is the Trademark holder of the Trainwreck name.

I still haven't figured out how to contact Ken directly.

Maybe someone should inform eBay that Ken is dead.

I should try to sell the empty bottle of "Train Wreck Barley Wine" that I drank on Friday night

Someone should ask him to post a photocopy of his trademark registration form on the site. The particular way "Trainwreck" is written can be trademarked (last time I checked the fee was $375.00), but a word in common use cannot. I seriously doubt he's actually paid the fee. Besides, what's there to gain? He can't make any money off of it if no amps are being made with the licensed name brand.

Pretty sure they also have to have been in use in commerce in the last few years, so in a year or two it the point will be moot. I still don't support writing "trainwreck" on an amp that's not made by that company but I'm not sure what that guy thinks he's accomplishing.

In my opinion Stephen Seibert is a sad little man who has no life or accomplishements of his own on which to hang his hat. My ebay auction was very clear that the amp I was selling was not a replica or copy but was inspired by Ken's tone only and was my own creation. Ken himself said that even friends and family couldn't be taught to make a Trainwreck and so the trademark is now worthless thanks to his own words.

Yet, Stephen Seibert is telling ebay that he is the trademark holder which he is not. Sad, lieing and desceptive in the way he spoke with Allyn on the phone. This guy should fall into a deep crevice. But then again, only the good die young. RIP Ken. Pass soon Stephen Siebert. :x
