Nice amp Richie. Funny, when the chassis are "upside down" I'm lost :)
To used to looking at them the other way.

Great build! I'm putting the word out for you...

If that is one of the cabs you talked about for $200 that IS a deal. Nice.

Thanks guys, i think it helps others when you post a pic of an amp, they may use it when they build their amp.

This build is not as Anal as Allyn and Glens amps. Which i'm sure they can tell you it is more work involved.
Down to the exact screw, bud boxes etc.. Those type builds take much longer, mostly to source the parts, and the drilling of the chassis. If you go to the extreme as using NOS Stancors etc..that can start to run ito a good bit of money. Or even fining one now.
got to like the washers on the trannies..
Yeah, its a little different, i like using those fender washers. I used these in all of the 18 watt amps i built,it helps give a bit more support for aluminum chassis. I sometimes see others have been using them to now,in other amps. I worked on a couple Niks amps, and when they arrived, the screw and washer he used, had pulled through the chassis in shipping.

Glen, i think you have, yes thats one of the cabs i mentioned. Its hard to find someone doing a cab in that price range.
I'm not making anything on the cabs, i was just trying to help out my friend that does the cab building.
I told him it was hard to find a cab like that, for that price. He told me he would build the cabs if someone wanted one. Hes an old country guy, and don't have a PC. He helps me, so i figue i could return the favor.
I just build one amp at a time, and try to keep the cost down, but use the parts that you need to use that makes a difference, at least in my opinion. Then its a quality amp. I think i take a day of trying to pic preamp tubes :)
