No one is going to create an output transformer that works with any success without quite a bit of mathematical calculations. If one simply clones an existing transformer from a tear down and cleanup and rewind, you definitely don’t need any calculation for the assembly. I spend way too much time creating the designs for my output transformers to share anything more than simple mostly known information. Sorry I always use the full secondary winding if I can simply because the effort put into including the copper for the option.

No, I understood you completely. He is the one trolling. No worries. There’s still a lot I have to learn about transformers but I’ve also been successful with what I’ve learned and produced. I have trouble finding information. I also need more equipment but I’ve been lucky with my designs and really want to know the pattern of the Drake 784-103 jtm45 output transformer.

I’m not concerned with using the 100v tap but I’m curious if it’s wound with a typical Drake secondary pattern ( turns per tap) or if it’s shorter on the 8, 16, 100v.
