I'd like to play around with using isolated RCA jacks (for reverb send\receive) but having issues finding jacks with long enough threads to hold the isolating washers and also go through the chassis and backplate. Does anyone know of a source for longer threaded RCA jacks (preferably rear mounted)?

No amp manufacturer has ever had a need to do that as far as I know .
If your using a tank it's far easier to isolate the input jack on the tank, in fact many tanks are made that so than only the outout jack on the tank is grounded to the tanks main case to eliminate any ground loop issue.
You could also get bare RCA jacks and make a cable who's sheild is lifted at the tank end.

These will work and have their own isolation washers. Lots of thread to them. They should go through your chassis and plate. If you do not have a CED account, look up the same SKU# at www.tubesandmore.com or www.amplifiedparts.com
