So far the tone stack and PI is all I've changed.
- Treble cap 50pF -> 500pF (as I saw on one of Paul Ruby's Rockets)
- PI Cap 0.01uF -> 0.047uF (but only the signal side so far)
- Bass resistor 10K -> 1K2 (didn't have a 1K
 )
 )- Stage two bypass cap clipped out
Result so far os Ok but not earth shattering. The tone stack is now more usable (ie you can use the treble *at all* without being hit by an icepick between the eyes)
Still to do:
- 56K -> 68K on the CF cathode.
- 1200pF -> 500pF signal cap on stage one
- 1M -> 500K volume pot
- 180pF -> 100pF bypass cap on volume
What I am happy about is the amp is still dead quiet (er... until you plug in a strat
 )
)Will post a pic or two if I can later today

 cheers
Nick
