26v vs 300v PT?
Hi. I was wondering what function the 300v vs 260v on the Trainwreck power transformer has? This drawing is from the Modulus version. (Features 260v and 300v HT taps for fast/slow - speed/comfort switching?)

Re: 26v vs 300v PT?
I've used this very same transformer for my latest express build. I used the 300v tap only and made the fast /slow from a split plate.

This transformer can be used to build Trainwreck Rocket (Lower Voltage), Liverpool or Express.

I'll add that it's a huge transformer and you probably won't be able to mount in traditional Wreck fashion with your OT so bear that in mind if you're planning on doing a wreck build.

Or you can put a switch on back for high/low HT but I never did find that a benefit.
