I completed the schematic to the relay ckt I built yesterday. This should supply 2 relays just fine, according to my calculations. The second relay board is installed but not connected.

I tested this. I'm getting a terrible thump when I disengage the relay. I'll have to look into that too.
I used the "dog" tweaked schem we corresponed on over email with the clean master and OD master , but no matter what I did I couldnt get rid of relay switching thump until I changed the topology to an overall master vol rather than seperate clean and OD masters.
your build quality looks fabulous btw, hope you find the source of the osc problem.
You may be getting a voltage surge when the relay coil collapses. I think that's what the cap is for.

One of the differences here is that I'm switching between 2 discrete preamps, not like the typicaly Dumble where you switch the clean to add the OD sections OD sections. The OD relay has it's own issues, it won't switch everytime, and the amp has issues with hum. I'll get it done, it'll just take time.
