Where to buy short runs of wire

What I use is Belden 8503: 22 guage PVC, stranded (7), tinned, Mil Spec 16878/1, rated 600V, 105C, and 11 amps (though I don't use it for heater wire). Tiny, fits anywhere, holds in place pretty well and comes in a gazillion colors. I started using it because it's kinda close to the wire you find in early Marshalls so you can fix things without being too obvious. I think the smallest spool you can find is 100', though. What? You thought you were going to stop building amps? "I can quit anytime I want!"
