I used 'Rubber cement' on a ripped celestion. A large portion of the cone was torn all the way though from something falling directly on the cone. I just stuck it together with rubber cement. I didn't notice any problems with the sound.. Although I'm sure there are better products, this stuff works pretty good IMO. It's very soft and flexible, yet holds well enough to push the speaker hard without it flapping itself apart.

Yep. Elmer's rubber cement works great. You can also use it to treat ancient cones surrounds that never had any doping.
