Faking caps is just another way of fraud, but forgive me for saying so, but this community is partly to be blamed itself, based on the eternal quest for woodoo components... and the will to pay extra bucks for the perceived woodoo.
With my 40 years of engineering experience, I do not believe filter cap brands add much to the sound, except for being slightly faulty and thus playing false notes.....
Component quality and proper parameters do matter, also in terms of reliabilty. Modern quality components are ein general better than the old ones were, - but at a price.......
