used to be able to 300w ohmites WW... still get hot with 100 watts.
I tried years back to burn a hole in my work bench with too small of a
dummy load, over kill in this case is a good thing.
dryer heating element as a dummy load ??

Keep an eye on transformer temps when you test into a dummy load for long periods.
The dummy load doesn't change impedance with frequency like a real speaker does, and so a 16 ohm dummy load actually loads the amp quite differently than a 16 ohm speaker in a box.

I'll expand the first: 25 years ago I got a PT in a BiAmp brand solid stage amp smoking hot while under test at 4 ohms per channel. Had an uncomfortable moment where I thought it might be best to heave the amp out the window into a snowbank. Lucky for the amp, I opened the window & ventilated the room after powering it down. All in all the trafo was small compared to other amps that claimed similar power (Crown DC300 for instance) and BiAmp's cooling scheme - fan with heatsink "tunnel" right thru the canter of the amp - was great for transistors but neglected cooling the transformer.
