I too got a wrist watch from my wife, a big Pulsar chronograph. Had to take it back to the store, dummies forgot to put a battery in it. They also put the wrong manual in the box so the instructions didn't work. I had to go on the web to figure it out.
And a nice thick cotton shirt, actually made in Canada. I thought all that stuff came from Bangladesh these days.
I got my wife a double CD of Smokey Robinson/Miracles, another CD of the Temptations, and a DVD of the Temps from their appearances on Ed Sullivan between '67 and '71. My wife grew up in Motown in the '60s.

I got a new pair of slippers and a gift card, with that I got these.
So I guess I had a blue Christmas.

Coffee seems to be popular this year
I got an Aeropress coffee press and a little hand ceramic burr grinder (for a nice morning workout), along with some fresh-roasted Ethiopian and Honduran beans. The Ethiopian beans are especially tasty
Oh, yeah, I also got an Edcor PT for an 18watt build.
But the best part of Christmas was that both my sons came to visit, one from Toronto and one from Denver (who hasn't been here for 2-1/2 years). A very merry Christmas indeed

Coffee is very popular around here for all occasions. I even toast to a good night's sleep!
Last night I had a nightmare. I was naked at a lectern in front of thousands of people where I was supposed to give a speech about something I'd never heard of. It was terrifying. I was flat out of coffee.
