I try to take care of my guitars but you can't avoid getting a ding or two if you use them.

I like them clean but that doesn't mean I wouldn't or don't own a few beaters also.

What you do to your guitar is your business.

They don't get much cleaner than this.

Yeah, back in the late 60's when we had our first gigging band, we played Love's "7 & 7 Is" and at the end for the explosion I would turn up my amp, a Gretsch 2X12, and kick it to shake the reverb. Worked beautifully. My twin brother laughed and said, "If you still had that amp it would actually be worth something." Who knew?
