Those guys are bad ass. Have you seen the video for Stop the Disco? Reminds me of System Of A Down meets Tenacious D. The Balkan grooves are great.

I can't imagine the keyboadist is not the arranger of the group, but I seem to recall reading the bassist is actually the musical director.
