Yes, Europe finally got retribution from the same horrendous result they suffered in 1999. Better late than never. :P The Europeans played some great golf yesterday and made some key, pressure packed putts. The tournament was great to watch, but I have to say that the European fans were somewhat of an embarrassment. Booing golfers as they line up putts is shameful.

Just a bit and to be fair you do have a lot bigger country, and a bigger pool of athletes to draw on, :D

Gives me a great idea for a new 2 man sport. One guy tees off, the other guy shoots it!
Sort a cross between golf and skeet shooting.

Anybody remember the old TV show The Beverly Hillbillies?

[img:550:413]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/e ... illies.jpg[/img]

In one episode they went to the golf course and hunted golfs. (the white balls)
They shot the balls much to the surprise of everybody there.

Granny tried cooking some after they got home but they were just too tough to chew.
