Any reason some of these D mods can't apply to a SFSR?

To me, a Marshall-ish normal channel would be nice. I have too many projects at the moment, but I have aspirations of beefing up the normal channel on my SFSR and switching externally with an A/B switch.

I was looking over these at Schematic Heaven and was thinking about applying one to my SFSR. Many of the cap values in mine are the same as a Twin shown in the drawings. Any reason these would not work as shown?

A little research will tell you that those mods (especially mod 2) are variants of Dumbles classic stack very similar to this..

However I am not so certian a clip exists by someone who has done these mods in a Super reverb as to give you an idea of whether you would consider this mod (as you put it) added juice in your prospective build..
You can't really take a clip of one of Dumbles classic style amps as a reference since his classic amps don't have reverb and run at different voltages.. My advice is try these very simple mods and see if they meet your juice requirements if not you can always change it back..FWIW..I could see where doing mod 2 in the normal channel and an A/B footswitch to go between channels would be a useful mod..BTW..The mid pot is wired backwards..

As for modifying old Fenders I had an old Blackface Fender head I played for years in clubs when I started modifying and tweaking amps I began modifying that amp, my partner told me I was nuts to dick around with it..It eventually became my prototype platform for several amps years later built with parts I scrounged around the shop..The amp ended up as a 100w Non HRM high plate skyliner and went to Coy Bowles who play's with Zac Brown and has been played in Stadiums and venues all over the world in front of millions.. I told him it was just a prototype.. What are the chances!!
