Tried a search but didnt find one.I know I ve seen one here a while back.Could someone point me to it? Need one for a 124 type

Try this one.

Double check that your printer prints at 1:1

Also, double check that it is 8.25" x 2.875"

Mark and drill your mounting holes before drilling and installing your eyelets.

Just a suggestion, clamp 2 pieces of material together and drill both. Keep one as a template.

Another choice is to buy a board from jborders5 https://tubeamparchive.com/viewtopic.php?t=12879 and use it as a template. Excellent quality stuff!!
