No, my regular board is a bunch longer than that, so I designed a smaller version. I stripped out the loop & reverb, and tightened the layout as best as I could, added ground planes to keep it quiet and stable, and crossed my fingers. As it is, I have one preamp tube under one end of the board, then the two others. Used the rectifier socket for a power tube, solid state rectifier, Marshall style filter cap. I attached most of the steps in the zip file.Bob-I wrote:Wow, is that you're regular conversion PCB? I know you all hate PCB's, but it worked out nicely...
Nice amp Talbany..tight indeed.

O were playing this game?
Not quite done homebrew. Clean, OD, reverb, loop, SS/tube recto and more.

ODS style preamp, lots hiding underneath the boards too.

Re: Lil Rig Music Man
Chris , your OD pedal is pretty slick. I guess one channel is solid state ? Only see one tube... nice though.

JFET clean, then a 12AX7 running at HV for the OD. Also using a Belton reverb brick for reverb. Some relays for foot-switching OD and PAB and some other mechanical switching going, lots of fun. Got a schem somewhere....

Geez, reverb too, you're sicker than I thought....Fet's God's low voltage tube
Truly slick.

That's just awesome work!! Took me awhile to find the 3rd tube. This makes me wish I'd stayed with PCB design back in the 70's.FUCHSAUDIO wrote: Wow, is that you're regular conversion PCB? I wouldn't have thought it would fit.
