Look to be standard 16mm Alpha pots. Fairly easy to find.
Technically they are not meant to handle DC voltage as they are not concentric (think that is the word).

They are 12mm Alpha pots, see close-up. They are not specifically rated for DC but are rated for 150VAC, so I figured 15-20VDC across each pot at  maximum 0.4 mA should be OK. The power rating is .08W and is way higher than the actual. None of them have crapped out yet.
