Well I'm kinda stuck here I don't know what I really want to do with this amp. I don't have the schematic for it but I do know it has a feed back tap on the out put tranny and you can't over drive this at all, clean sound all the way. This amp is kinda rare I hear, but don't really know for sure if it is worth selling it or should I modify it.
It uses a pair of 7189 for output, 1-12av7 and 1-7026. It has a 15" jensen speaker.
Here are some pictures what would you do with it?

Sorry I am a bad photographer, especially using a cell phone.

I'd just leave as is and just do the required maintenance. If I needed overdrive on it I'd just plug a pedal in.

Thank you M fowler I sent them an E-mail hopefuly I will get some information on this amp.
I think my biggest problem with this amp is that it only has a single tone knob and it really doesn't do much to change the tone.

Man, that appears to be in excellent shape.
I would not mod it!
If it needs new electrolytics and a three prong power cord, I would do that.
The grill cloth is in pristine shape. They made those by hand, drizzling the paint onto the cloth for visual appeal.
So I would not mod that amp other than the accepted maintenance.
If you don't care for it, then sell it on ebay.
There are some serious Magnatone collectors out there.

There is a magnatone/estey forum on yahoo forums. Technically it is very good, they will be able to advise you and could find a buyer too.
