IIRC your e.pro did the straining/phasing with the NFB engaged, and the e.pro has the higher amount of NFB applied (a 22Meg resistor)
it would be interesting to know what's in your current Dumble and in the ultrasound Tan one, although I believe it's the "standard" value (40Meg)
on the contrary the low-mid thing to me is something more related to the poweramp section

I can tell you for fact that the Ultrasound amp is a Pretty Straight forward Low Plate Skyline with the standard 20M/.05/20M feedback,  what makes it different is the Music Man Iron running almost 700V on the plates
