Let's look at the high-voltage secondaries only.
You have two individual 300V windings, each with a white and a yellow wire.
You need to find out which sets are the pairs, which you can do by metering with a multimeter set on resistance between a white and the two yellows. The one with a low resistance will be the corresponding yellow that makes up the secondary winding, whereas the one that reads open circuit belongs to the white that you're not testing.
So one winding (A) will be a white and a yellow wire. The other winding (B) will also be a white and a yellow wire.
Take the white wire from secondary A and tie it to the yellow wire from secondary B. That is your centre-tap, which gets connected to the chassis (on a Toneslut transformer this would be the red and yellow striped wire).
Your two remaining wires (yellow from secondary A and white from secondary B) are now your 300V taps (equivalent to the yellow wires on a Toneslut transformer).
So your transformer configured as a 300-0-300 secondary will look like yellow-white&yellow-white as opposed to the Toneslut which would be yellow-red/yellow-yellow.

Lets make sure i got this correct.
I have 2 pairs of 300V Taps. Pair (A) and pair (B).
I will find the pairs by using my multimeter between the yellow and white. Should read 300V.
Once ive distinguished the pairs... I will take White from pair (A) and Yellow from pair (B) and tie them together and ground to the Chassis. Take the remaining White from pair (B) and the remaining Yellow from pair (A) and one of each goes to my Diodes on the power board? Correct? Does it matter which wire goes to which on the diodes?

You are 100% correct, and it doesn't matter which colour goes to which diode.
Rather than establishing which wires form the 2 secondary pairs using voltage on the transformer I'd just measure resistance between the wires with the transformer disconnected to see which are open circuit (different pairs) and which are low resistance (same secondary winding).
It's much safer than metering across wires with 300V on them!

Haha, yes i would agree, that is a good trick! Thanks paulster, All i have left is to wire up the power transformer and im done! I'm excited! Thanks so much for you help!
