Looks like it could be close to Hermida cab. I'm located in Australia, so shipping for the Hermida would be the price of a nice speaker.

I don't have that exact speaker, but the EVM Thiele specs are posted here http://archives.telex.com/archives/EV/Builders%20Plans/
I use a Thiele with an Eminence Delta pro 12A. It's huge and fat sounding.
