5 wire cable

Hi, i am putting together a foot pedal for my OD amp. What is a great source for 5 wire cable to use on this switch??

I used "Quad-Mic" cable. 4 conductors and a shield. It has a flexable rubber jacket like a guitar cord.

Pacific Radio iN LA has Canare at .55 / foot and Mogami at 1.23/foot

will they both work well

Something like Canare L4E6S will serve. $0.43 per foot in a number of colors besides black.

One thing I found is that the Quad cable does not fit thru the strain relief on the Switchcaraft DIN connectors. Fits the 5 pin XLR no problem though.....

So i will have to replace the strain relief with a larger diameter one and drill out the chassis.
