Build questions - Two Rock John Mayer signature preamp

Hello! I’m new here and really enjoy reading through and learning from all of you. This post is throwing out a net to see if 1) what I want is even possible 2) if any of you capable builders would be up to the task. I’m willing to pay what it’s worth for this project.

A little back story... I used to own several boutique tube amps and then went digital (gasp) and have been using modelers for the last couple of years. I’ve enjoyed the convenience, but have missed that thing that tubes do that nothing else can quiiiiite replicate.

While I’ll not be abandoning all of the digital conveniences (still running direct with speaker emulation), I want to get back to some tube goodness in my signal path.

My favorite amp of all time is the Two Rock John Mayer signature. I would love to have just the preamp built with a line level output. This way I can get that beautiful clean sound and still run it direct into my Two Notes C.A.B. M+.

So, to any of you out there that could/would/want to take on this challenge, I’d love to bring this idea to life and pay you for your work! What do you say?

Forgot to mention, this would be without the reverb circuit. Just the preamp.

I have removed the reverb from this circuit before and noticed a slight change in the clean tone once the reverb is removed.
I preferred the clean tone more with the reverb circuit left intact.
Just something to consider.

I’m not a builder, so I wasn’t sure if reverb were possible in just a preamp version of this. I’d absolutely love to have it.
