Good day!

I'm new to amp building and I'm still confused about some things in the circuit. I'm relatively new to electronics and I've only built simple circuits and simple effects pedal copies. Would just like to ask what this part is called. thanks in advance

That would be a Terminal Strip. Very old fashioned by now, but still being manufactured.
