Benson knob search

Post by sixstringer »

I've searched around LA at various vintage electronics and radio shops but have had no luck in finding a knob for a Benson 300 amp. Ron Benson say's he has no more. This is from an early Benson 300. It fits a standard smooth 1/4" shaft and has a set screw. If you can point me in the right search direction, it's most appreciated.
Thanks

You may find some custom Telecaster knobs that will work.

Some have flat tops while others have a dome.

I think they look flatter and wider than Tele, more like Gretsch knobs.

You could call Fair Radio and ask if they have any.

They have a wide variety of vintage radio stuff (and also have low prices on the few Hammond transformers they carry):
