anyone know of a decent layout or schematic for a 50/100 watt valve slave amp , our other guitarist wants to run a Eleven preamp live after hearing it through the power section on my amp, cheers in advance

I would nix the 50w switch.
From everything I have gathered, it isn't that much of a volume drop to the 50w and usually sounds like crap.

Instead I would build a 100w power amp with maybe a presence/ NFB loop.

The tone will be determined by the preamp used and EQ in that preamp.

Go poke around the net for a schematic for a Highwatt 100 watt slave

Also not that a 50 watt amp played thru 2 drivers will be twice as loud as a 100 watt amp thru one driver, you can scale this up or down, but the main difference will be that the 100 watt amp will have near twice the clean head room over the 50 watt amp before the output stage clips!

AX84 Forum has the schematic for their 50w PP power amp and you get the idea of how to make any schematic of a power amp section into a slave power amp.

Cheers all, a Hiwatt circuit will suit some iron I have kicking around and doesn't look massively hard to implement
