These amps output stage are baised in class B and run a high B+ voltage which is something I would change about the amp if the PT turns out to be toast!
The Zener regulator diodes in the SS power supply section fail all the time is these amps also and the full voltage can take out some of the semi conductors, so unhook the PT wires to that feed that whole SS section and get the tube end of it up and running first.

Sorry sometimes I take gut shots of amps I have worked on for reference, but not that guy.

What about building something else into it?

Super Reverb? Dumble?

Good luck with your project!

+1 on the build something else on that chassis. That thing looks like it spent time on the bottom of the ocean. Maybe it's the resolution of the image, but it appears to need a sandblasting.

LOL, I was going to say to hose it down with soap and water and then dry it with a fan or a hair dryer. Maybe it's just lo-res.
